Attention to all my potential clients and returning clients as well
Pets On Jets will be instituting some policy changes effective immediately.
1)Due to the uncertainty with several airlines we will no longer book on Spirit or Allegiant. Frontier may be booked at this time but that airline is subject to be moved to the "will not book list" without notice. This is being done for many reasons but mostly to protect you the client and myself the business from their bad business practices.
2) Transport costs can still be broken into two parts however the "delivery" portion will now be due and payable upon first contact (pickup) of your puppy/kitty as USDA regulations require. Unfortunately there have been instances where the delivery payments were not made and my family cannot eat these costs any longer.
3) Travel insurance is no longer an option for transport. Either you agree to the insurance being included in your pricing or you seek transport elsewhere. Again this is to protect both you and my business from any unforseen circumstances.
4) All transports will require a signed contract detailing the above and all other contract commitments. If you refuse to sign a contract you will seek transport elsewhere.(A copy will be made available here on the page by end of business Friday).
Pets On Jets has always prided ourselves on being client focused and has strived to always give our customers the best service and value possible. With that being said, this is a BUSINESS and how I support my family. The losses I take to accommodate clients cannot happen any longer. I hope that everyone understands that these decisions were not made lightly and these policies are meant to protect both sides.
