What it looks like on a day-to-day basis. Operations are picking up and we are laser focused!  This is positively the most fun I have ever had.  It would be hard to describe to you what this means to me and why I’m doing this. My only wish is that you would enjoy what we are growing and know we are Ancient City Microgreens of St. Augustine, Florida pointing out the three most important parts: flavor, health and presentation.
