The grass arena is still closed, thus the CLOSED signs on each gate. Someone took their horse in there, ignoring the closed signs and have caused some divet damage to the arena, which we now have to fix. Please pay attention to the signs or ASK if you aren’t sure if it’s reopened or not. Thank you.

Fall Vet Day yesterday! I think Dr. Emily and crew saw close to 60 horses. And we all enjoyed pizza, donuts, cookies and brownies. Thanks to everyone that came out and helped!❤️

Have you signed up yet? Fall vaccination day is this Monday! All horses must be vaccinated by this date. If you use a different vet, make sure to provide me with updated vaccination and Coggins records by this date. Please provide in hard copy/paper form, ONLY, as I cannot print from text No exceptions!!!!

Hello all! It’s time to schedule fall vaccinations and coggins!! Dr. Emily will be here on Monday, October 13th (Columbus Day) starting in the morning. EVERY HORSE needs their vaccinations (and coggins) to be current. If you use a different vet, I need proof of both by Oct 13. Sign up below with your needs. If you can’t be here we can bring in and hold your horse for a holding fee (to be discussed later). Please note the info below:

1) anyone with needle phobic horses contact Dr. Emily for meds or order meds from our online pharmacy in advance—we want a fear free experience for those horses!

2) outstanding balances due to Dr. Emily must be paid in full prior to vaccine day or services will not be rendered

3) any/all health questions (unless directly related to vaccination) will be answered and other medical appointments will be seen AFTER everybody’s vaccines/coggins are done. What this means is…..don’t ask horse health questions unrelated to vaccinations during the time your horse is getting vaccinations. Hang out until everyone is finished getting their vaccinations and then your horse can be examined or other concerns addressed. We need the vax process to move quickly and other boarders don’t have time to waiit.

4) anyone with a horse on Firocoxib or other medications long term—if they want blood drawn for a health panel please let us know in advance and we will do that at time of vaccination
