Holiday Cancelation policy

Holidays are fast approaching and we are booking up. The following policy will apply to any appointments made for November 14th-22th and December 12th-23th.

*If you need to cancel your appointment for any of these dates please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment time. If 48 hours notice is not given,you are more than 15 minutes late and we can no longer take you, or do not show at all to your appointment you will be asked to prepay base grooming price to book another appointment and that prepayment is non refundable unless 48 hours notice is given to change or cancel rebooked appointment regardless of reason.
* All existing clients booking 3 or more dogs on the same day during these dates will be asked to prepay for each dog to book an appointment. Refunds follow same guidelines as single pet.
* All new clients will be asked to prepay base price for the breed of dog they are scheduling. Cancelations follow same guidelines as stated above.
* All clients please know which service you are scheduling at booking. All service changes need to be made within 48 hours. For example if you booked a full groom and at drop off want to change to a bath and tidy you will be charged full service grooming price.
