Today was a reminder why I enjoy being a groomer. Helping dogs is the main goal. This was a dog that had recently been rescued. I personally have groomed my fair share of rescue but I have never experienced one like this. This is extremely uncomfortable for the dog it cuts off blood flow to the skin. Matts can cause irritation and skin infections as well as problems to the joints depending on the location. It was so rewarding watching this guys become so thankful and happy when he was all done 🐾
