These dapper dudes were born July 18th and are ready to be reserved for pick up on or after August 29th. (Momma rats Betty & Sue were paired with Pipsqueak and gave birth the same day!)

**These are the babies of the pair Joe x Sunny. Sunny is a DWS or dominant white spotting rat. Sunny's genetics of DWS lead to a higher risk of mega colon in rats, which is why this litter was not posted sooner. All rats from this group are 8 weeks old and have shown no signs of mega colon. They do however have some incredible fur patterns due to their genetics 🧬 **

These little ones can go home starting August 2nd, if you reserve a rat(s) message me to schedule a time for pick up! Currently they are on a diet of Oxbow young rat pellets and supplemented with veggies, fruit, nuts, dried pasta, and dried mealworms (as treats). They know how to drink from water bottles as well as dishes, but for cleanliness sake water bottles are much preferred.

*Please plan to get two rats (or more) unless you have rats already. Rats should always have a buddy, having multiple is even better!

June 21st (Betty's & Sue's litters) update!

Almost all of their eyes are open and confidence levels are growing. A few more days and these little ones will be 'popcorning' all over the place!
