Happy World Veterinary Day! The pandemic has certainly thrown a curveball to the way veterinary teams operate, but individuals in the veterinary field continue to provide quality care for animals and pets all over the world. Today we want to say thank you & recognize all who work in this industry. We are honored to be amongst a wonderful, supportive community of veterinary professionals – locally, nationally, and globally. We especially want to say thank you to local veterinary clinics for entrusting us with your referrals as we provide your patients with emergency care and specialty services. I normally put dogs pics down by the rainbow wall, but Ringo really loved this chair, so he's going to watch over it for us from now on. Miss you so much buddy!!

So we've got the dogs (top left picture), Sasha and Diego, a pair of 10-year-old mixed breed pups who are the longest resident dogs at Tri-County Humane Society. And now, thanks to generous donations from TCHS staff and volunteers, we have supplies for them (top right photo): High-quality senior dog food, toys, and so much more. Now to the bottom photo: We need them a home! And that's where you come in - there must be someone in the three-county area (or beyond) who would be willing to take two senior pets! Please share - we want to get these two a home sooner than later.

Are you on a budget but still looking for great pet products? Check out our TCHS Re-Tail Revisited pet supply thrift store, located in the Training Facility next to our shelter. (Face masks are required.) Cash or check preferred, but we can accept credit cards. All profits go back to our animals.

Guiness had his first massage yesterday and I think he'd agree that taking an hour out of your day to bring your dog in for a massage is TOTALLY worth it. Especially now that it's getting cold.
