Down South Gun Dogs

I can’t tell you what your purpose in life is but my greatest calling in this life is being a “Dad”. My girls have practiced with 22s. These girls have endured the UPS and Downs of deer hunting. It all started last year with Hayden wanting to shoot a gun for the first time. I let her shoot my .308 #browningrifle . This day lead up to the next week of trying to go shoot a deer with their new rifle. We went to the camp; and we had an amazing hunt she got to see small 8 point but the shot wasn’t taken bc of first time blues. The at last light a doe walked across the food plot;and the shot was made. We found blood@for 300yards; but we tried to find the deer for 3 hours and trailed it to the creek; then lost the blood. Next 2024 , a whole year goes bye. Our hunt was the last week Dec 24th. We had amazing hunt but swing and a miss. Hunt 3 my girl practiced and with the hard work her efforts were rewarded.
