As a pet nutritionist, I get asked a lot about what to feed dogs when their tummies are upset. I personally would NEVER recommend chicken and rice for upset tummies… Chicken is the #1 allergen in dogs and rice can act as an inflammatory which is NOT good for inflammation in your pets.
