Interplanted beets and lettuce mix.

Just one of the practices I use to save space and reduce pest pressure. The lettuces grow fast and can be harvested multiple times while the beets mature. They provide protection from pests and keep the beet roots looking nice too. Lettuces this week with beets coming next week! 👍
