Do you know what the worst part of this job is?

Losing a client.

We are so fortunate to be a part of your pet’s life for years, maybe even over a decade. We get to see them through so many stages of their life and we are so lucky to have that. We get to form a bond with them. Laugh at their goofy quirks. Know what annoys them and figure out how to work around that. But sadly there comes a day when we have to say goodbye and worst of all we don’t always know when will be the last time we see them. Our heart breaks a little each time we get that devastating call or message.

Tess was so grateful to be able to say goodbye one last time to one of her very first clients, Jojo.

This is an exciting opportunity for dog lovers to start a career in the Grooming Industry! We are looking to add a full-time Bather to our salon!

The position does not require experience but would be beneficial. This role includes bathing, drying, and brushing a wide range of dogs varying in breed and size. Other duties include interacting with guests and maintaining the cleanliness of the salon.

The position includes on-the-job training that leads into an advanced role as a Pet Groomer providing all grooming services.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Mary will no longer be grooming at Shaggy to Chic.

Lenzie and Tess will be reaching out to everyone that has an upcoming appointment scheduled with Mary. As much as we would like to keep everyone on their current schedule, it is just not feasible for us to absorb that many clients. We will be trying to fit as many appointments from June into July but it will most likely push into August as well. We understand that some of you may not be able to wait that long and will have to go elsewhere. We will be sad to see you leave but know the door is always open for you to come back to Shaggy.

We are appreciate all of your patience and understanding during this very hard transition. We have the best clients. We love you all ❤️

At this time, we will be unable to accept any new clients. We hope this is temporary but will announce when we will reopen our books.

If you are a current client, we strongly suggest rebooking your next appointment before leaving. We are booked out almost and month and cannot guarantee we will be able to fit you into the schedule in a timely manner.

We are unexpectedly down a groomer this week and doing our best to reschedule appointments and get back to everyone. Please be patient with us!
