You might have met her already if you've been in recently! Tressa joined our team as a Bather late last year. She brought a passion for learning the art of pampering your pets and a deep love for dogs of all kinds! With 4 pups at home, she is enthusiastic about getting to know yours on a personal level! We know no one loves to hear that but it is something that must be done. We will be letting people know ahead of time so there is no surprise bill during check out.

Do you know what the worst part of this job is?

Losing a client.

We are so fortunate to be a part of your pet’s life for years, maybe even over a decade. We get to see them through so many stages of their life and we are so lucky to have that. We get to form a bond with them. Laugh at their goofy quirks. Know what annoys them and figure out how to work around that. But sadly there comes a day when we have to say goodbye and worst of all we don’t always know when will be the last time we see them. Our heart breaks a little each time we get that devastating call or message.

Tess was so grateful to be able to say goodbye one last time to one of her very first clients, Jojo.
