Country Haven Stables is a lovely, peaceful facility offering boarding, training and riding lessons Established on a private road in beautiful St.

Country Haven Stables is a family run equine facility located in beautiful southern Maryland offering full care boarding, full & half equine leasing, lessons, in house clinics, events, and shows, riding facility rental use, & more. Leonard, Maryland, 15 minutes outside of Prince Frederick, close to nearby Maxwell Hall and Oak Ridge equestrian riding facilities, we are conveniently located for all

of your boarding, training, lessons, leasing, and other equine needs. Country Haven Stables equine riding and training facility includes:
-Lit outdoor 135' x 280' sand arena featuring spectator area and permanent judges stand set up with electric and audio announcement system.
-Wide variety of hunter/jumper & cross country jumps and obstacles.
-Multi-use round pen.
-Cleared & marked riding trails.
-Trailer parking.
-Warm-up area. At Country Haven, we offer a variety of services, including horse boarding, riding instruction, equine facility rental, horse shows & events, and more! Country Haven Stables offers riding lessons with our highly experienced instructor Erin Lawlor! Enjoy an hour long private, semi-private, or group lesson in our beautiful 135'x280' outdoor sand lit arena with full selection of hunter, jumper, and cross country style jumps, cross country training field, round pen, or riding trails in a fun and relaxing equine learning & training environment. Providing instruction in a variety of disciplines including:

The horsewoman you are today is more important than the horsewoman you used to be.

We all start from a place of little (or no) knowledge and learn along our journey as equestrians. As we grow and learn from horses and from more experienced horse people, we learn new and better ways of doing things. It’s very common to look back and say: I would 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 do that again.

And it’s okay. It’s a sign of growth. It doesn’t mean you have to beat yourself up. You can’t do better, until you know better. So celebrate the growth that you have made and spread your knowledge when and where you can.
