The Suburban Farm Co*op is an organization founded on the principles of sustainability, education, innovation, and accessibility of highly nutritious foods. We demonstrate hyper-local food production using a variety of Ag-tech models to create our private label items and we source additional produce from local regenerative farmers. We are in the early stages of our establishment and have already o

pened our booth at the Minnetonka Farmers Market. We plan to launch our online subscription box program in the fall of 2023 and our indoor Market will open in 2024.

We’re so excited to have our hydroponically grown lettuce on display at the MN state fair! After you get your pronto pup & pickle pizza, be sure to stop by the hort building where you can see our lettuce and a ton of other produce grown by local farmers!
