*****CLINIC CLOSURE AND HOLIDAY HOURS*****

As a reminder, the clinic will be closed this Friday (11/15) and next Monday (11/18). We will resume normal operations Tuesday (11/19).

Please submit medication refills prior to 6pm on Thursday (11/14) afternoon. Any requests submitted after this time will not be filled until the clinic reopens.

The clinic will also be closed Wednesday 11/27 through Friday 11/29 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. The clinic will reopen Monday 12/2.

Please be advised:

Our wonderful receptionist, Mims, is currently out of the office.

As such, Dr Smoak will be fielding the clinic phone while also out seeing patients today. Expect delays in communication. Dr. Smoak will respond to all texts, calls, and emails as soon as he is able!

If possible, text messages are preferred to keep a streamlined communication open as well as allowing Dr. Smoak to respond between appointments.

At this time, we are unsure when Mims will be able to return to the office, so we ask that you bear with us and be patient as we continue to provide the care that you’ve come to know and love.

*****IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CLINIC CLOSURE*****

The clinic will be closed the entire week of 1/15/24-1/19/24, as Dr. Smoak will be out of the state for mandatory continuing education.

As such, we will be completely unavailable during that week - this includes visits, consults, general questions, medicine requests, etc. We will return to normal business hours on Monday 1/22/24.

If your pet will need any medications before we return on Monday 1/22/24, please contact us for a refill prior to this Friday (1/12/24) at 6pm. Any prescription request received after 6pm on Friday 1/12/24 will not be available for pick-up until Tuesday 1/23/24.
