Grateful for my local farmers- enough to start up a farmers market to connect them and local food lovers a little longer into the winter!
The kicks off its fifth season tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. outside at the beautiful Tamarack Nature Center!
These fab farmers will be accompanied by lots of Local craft food vendors, some free hot apple cider and a toasty fire pit ๐Ÿ”ฅ
The temps are dropping and Minnesota is sliding into winter mode, but with so many great small farmers so close we get to eat local year-round.
Thanks to Chris at for apples, Brian and Roberta at KDE Farms for grass fed beef, pork, chicken and maple syrup, Kelsey for organic veggies and body products, for organic veggies and kimchi, Megan of for all the canned sauces jams and jellies, Dan for sauces + canned and fresh veggies, Jessi for humanely raised beef pork and chicken, plus eggs and storage crops, and Amanda of for fresh microgreens ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฟ
For more info on the other vendors and event details visit forksinthe.com - link in IG stories too.
