Just got this fabulous review from my first couple whose wedding I performed through AffordableIdos.com.

We are so happy we booked them! Perfect Day was very on top of communication, and emails were always answered quickly. We selected Sid to officiate our wedding, and we could not be happier, she was so wonderful! We loved the questionnaires to help her get to know us, and although we only had one meeting with her prior to the ceremony, our guests were all shocked that she didn’t know us personally! We could not recommend Sid more!

Can someone please tell me why 2024 hates me so?

1) My dog Clarence developed pneumonia right after the New Year and the vet bill was $3,800. (All my love and gratitude goes to the fabulous people who have donated to my Go Fund Me campaign. Without you, I’d be lost.)

2) My garage door opener broke just days later and cost me $1,100 to fix.

3) My back storm door broke and remains so. I’m sure that’ll be another $500+.

And now this:

4) Last night, the heat went out in my house and no one can fix it until sometime tomorrow. The boiler is only six years old, too. I’m pretty sure I’ll need major radiator work/replacement in my upstairs. Hello thousands more of debt.

I work six jobs and still never top $3,000 per month. I’m despairing about now.

On my couch next to a space heater is where the dogs and I will be, day in and day out, under three blankets. It’s 40 degrees indoors.

I am experiencing a new kind of grief lately. For reasons I cannot go into I can no longer see one of my favorite-ever dog waking/pet sitting clients, Dewey. My heart breaks a little each time I see his picture. I know he misses me just as much. Please be happy and healthy and feel my love from afar, sweet boy.
