On Grand Avenue-we kick off the summer with Grand Old Day and on September 8th we bookend it with the kick-off to Fall with Paws on Grand! An amazing group of volunteers have put together what promises to be the biggest Paws on Grand yet with 25 rescue groups coming. A fully booked Pet Market place, paws for a cause dog walk, dog races, raffle, dog wash, a happy yappy happy hour and much more.

The amazing mom and pop shops are ready for you to stroll and amble the Avenue. You say you don’t have a pet - not a problem. Come and enjoy a parade of dogs, cats and pocket pets as you peek in and out of the the shop! Smiles are guaranteed! This coming Sunday from 11-3. Celebrate the dog days of summer on St. Paul’s Grand Avenue with Paws on Grand. For this event, Grand Avenue businesses partner with local rescue groups to celebrate our four-legged friends. Gather up giveaways, relax on a pet-friendly restaurant patio, learn about pet adoption, support rescue groups, meet adoptable animals and pose for the popular pet photo contest! Join us on Saturday, September 12th from noon til 3p.m.
