M'Shoogy's Emergency Animal Rescue is looking for a highly motivated individual that has a love for animals. Job includes feeding and watering animals, administration of medication as needed, moving animals to and from shelter in inclimate weather, cleaning of kennel area and helping with the upkeep of the rescue. If interested come into Angel's Vet Express and fill out an application. Work hours are typically Monday thru Friday 8am to 1pm with weekend work available.

M’Shoogys Emergency Animal Rescue & Angels Vet Express has another pelican in its rehabilitation center currently, this means we need a lot of live fish to nourish this animal back to health. If you know where we can obtain a good amount of live fish to feed this precious bird please let us know! We have found enough for a couple of days but will need more very soon. Thank you all!

At Angels, our goal is to help improve the lives of pets and their families. Today, the financial burden of veterinary care is the biggest issue and concern brought to our attention by our clients. We want to ensure that regardless of your financial situation, your pet is healthy and can receive the necessary treatments they need. In addition to us now offering care credit, we also work with numerous charitable organizations that can help pet owners cover the cost of emergency veterinary services, surgeries, and even medications through their donations. Do you know me? This sweet kitten was found at Dairy Queen in Savannah today and was brought into Angels. We are currently making sure it is safe and cared for but we believe it may be a lost pet. If you or someone you know has any information about where it might belong, please come in or give us a call! In order to claim we will require you to identify the color of the collar it was wearing and its gender.

Angels Vet sees patients positive for Parvo almost daily. This virus is easy to prevent through vaccinations which can start as early as 6 weeks old for puppies. Puppies recieve 4 to 5 booster vaccines every 3 weeks until they are 20 weeks of age and then 1 yearly vaccination for the rest of their lives. The parvovirus vaccination is the only way of protecting your dog against canine parvovirus!

We would like to thank everyone who came to the M'shoogy's Fundraiser on Saturday! You all helped us raise almost $3,000 for the shelter and the wonderful, adoptable pets there! We are so grateful for the success of the event and will hopefully be able to host another fundraiser in the future! 🐱🐶😄

Less than 24 hours until the M'Shoogy's Fundraiser! The dogs and cats are ready to meet everyone, the silent auction items are ready for your bids, the yard sale is going to be in full swing in the morning, the drinks will be cold and the food will be fresh! We are so excited to be apart of this event! Food and drinks will be free at the event and we will also have a bake sale with homemade goodies for your sweet tooth. We will have free toenail trims from 9am to 11am and the M'Shoogy's Foster Program will be launching! The 50/50 raffle winner will also be announced with the pot sitting at almost $1100 dollars currently! Tickets for the raffle will be on sale until 2pm when the winner is announced! All of this and more taking place tomorrow and Angels Vet Express (11519 State Route C, Savannah, MO 64485). Come see us for a fun filled day!
