Today is my 34th birthday 🥰 And it feels fu***ng magical 🥰 Not because i have major plans or anything to do. I'm just really happy and grateful for the fullness and richness of my life. So, I think i'll share a few random, very human, and wonderful ponderings of my life with you all today.

🐾My mom is probably wringing my neck for posting this picture because my room isn't more "together" 😂 But hell, this is where i am right now...motherhood is blessing me and kicking my ass all at the same time. I have accepted that I am high key on the struggle bus for folding my laundry and making my bed consistently in the mornings 😂. Out of camera view is Indi. Awww there he is looking so cute while bringing me a trophy from his walking explorations...a single tampon packet that he waves so proudly in the air 😆😅🤦🏾‍♀️ And all i can do is laugh. Laughter and grace are such underrated medicine.

🐾Speaking of Indi, he's napping right now (on the unmade bed of course lol) after a full fledged 1 yr old tantrum... and I cant imagine my life without him. I thought I had capped on the feeling, expression and experience of love. And maybe that's why this sol chose me...To remind me that if i surrendered to life, to change, and to my own power that love and my experience of it not only grows but blossoms.

🐾i am really proud of myself. For many reasons but what sticks out in my mind in this moment is for trusting my heart. I trusted that the seeds i planted in starting this business and the consistent work it's taken to build it would give more to me than I knew. Pursuing what honors my natural talents has infused me with confidence and empowered me to walk away from situations where I wasn't valued. There is magic in believing "I have a lot going for myself".

🌜Meatloaf

I still can't quite get over this pup's name! Makes me giggle every time 😂 Just darling 😍🥰🐾

It's hard not to gas up my team! is amazing and has the perfect balance of energy for puppy playtime energy bursts or as Mike says, "being majestic couch potatoes" 😂 He's here to hold space for it all (can you tell we are also yoga instructors?🤪🧘‍♂️🧘🏾‍♀️🐾🥰)

🐾Mocha

Mocha baby was super comfy & loved on during his 6 night stay with our fab boarder 🥰💕!

Our boarders typically only care for pups from the same household, which is a pretty sweet benefit esp with the mystery respiratory virus going on 🎉

Fun Fact: mocha's mom helped deliver Indi (she is the doula GOAT! ) so it was such a treat to return the favor and hve our ppl care for her fur baby 🐾💕🐾

Ziggy knows what's up! What do your pets do when youre traveling for the holidays? They turn up with their sitters!! Puppy pawty style! 😄Make sure to book holiday overnight, pup boarding and drop-in services in advance (we already have requests coming in!). Holiday rates do apply🐾💕🐾

Miss Makana is officially over halfway to her 19th birthday 🎂🥳🥹! What a treat it has been to witness her resiliency the past year 🥰🤗

This morning she is accompanied by her fav puppy pal "Biscuit"🐶 (he has an actual heartbeat that helps this little lady settle down for a nap 🤗)
