Maisel’s fam, as some of you know our family has been through a whirlwind of events this year and life just keeps hitting us left and right. This has come with the cost of my time. My hours have been cut down tremendously due to my physical presence being needed to mend our home after Hurricane Helene. We have experienced many tragedies, including death in both sides of our family.

I will be having my to close for the rest of this week following through Christmas. I apologize to everyone this affects who is already scheduled. We have to leave town to support our family in need at this time. We also need time ourselves to be able to enjoy and appreciate Christmas.

I am truly sorry for having to cancel such last minute and for any inconvenience we have incurred. We will be back open December 30th to resume regular scheduling aside from New Year’s Day.

Thank you for all of your understanding and support. We will see all you furry friends very very soon!

Good morning Maisel’s fam! We have big news to share today!! For a while there I was sick and had to cancel appointments for a couple weeks. Things are starting to come together and we finally got some answers! Our family is expecting an additional member in the middle of July! That explains why I’ve been sooooo sick and miserable the last couple weeks! We are excited and ready for the journey! We look forward to getting back on schedule soon! Thank you everyone for sticking by us while we were figuring out why I was so sick! You guys are amazing we are forever grateful!!

Hi Maisel’s fam. We will be open tomorrow for normal business. We are looking for donations of dog and cat toys and treats dog beds or blankets. Our large dogs and puppy lost all their bones antlers and ropes. Our cats lost their trees and water fountain and toys. We were able to save our litter boxes and litter as well as our pet food if any of Maisel’s fam has extras or things not being used we really need them. Thank you everyone of you for supporting us and our business. You make Maisel’s and with out you we are nothing.

Maisel’s family, the damage is devastating. Our home is under 3-4 ft of water. Maisel’s will be up and running Saturday but we will need Thursday and Friday to assess and try to clean. We have evacuated the water started coming up to our street and by the time we got all packed to leave it was up to our front stoop which is 4 inches above our door. Praying for everyone’s safety.

Is your pet acting funny during storms or holidays that include firework or loud noises? Paying close attention to your pet when in times of stress can help both you and them. This is my chino man he’s a 2 year old American Staffordshire terrier, chino man does not do well with fireworks bicycles or storms. This super cute nibbling is the beginning of his anxiety. Starts with nibbles, next the shaking he has been destructive when left unsupervised this was before we discovered his anxiety. To prevent destructive behavior that would harm him and our pockets we give him anxiety meds at the first sign of a storm or fireworks and keep the tv volume up and we stay home to monitor him and comfort him. This was tonight during a thunderstorm. Please keep an eye on your pet and have a plan in place to help them along.
