The 6 engine kittens have arrived! They were falling out of the tree and some in the truck engine! They're from 2 different litters and some weigh 13oz and some are 1lb 2oz. Supplies and vet care will be provided for all these babies and any help is greatly appreciated 👏 💐 🥳 🙏 ❤️

Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco is making headlines for something far beyond football. He recently announced the launch of “Forever Paws Home,” a $5 million sanctuary in Missouri dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating stray cats.

Pacheco, known for his relentless energy on the field, showed a softer side when speaking about the project. “Too many cats in this country are left on the streets with no care and no hope,” he said. “They deserve protection, healing, and a real chance at family.”

The state-of-the-art facility is designed to do just that. It will provide safe, climate-controlled housing, round-the-clock veterinary care, large-scale spay-and-neuter programs to reduce future suffering, and enrichment spaces where cats can recover both physically and emotionally before finding their forever homes. Volunteers and staff will focus not only on medical treatment but also on socialization, ensuring each animal is prepared for adoption into a loving family.

For Pacheco, the meaning of victory has grown beyond touchdowns and trophies. While the roar of the stadium may define his career, he sees his true legacy in the quiet purrs of rescued cats. “The ultimate win isn’t in the end zone,” he explained. “It’s in giving vulnerable animals the dignity, safety, and love they’ve always deserved.”

By turning his platform into a force for compassion, Pacheco is proving that heroes don’t just rise on the field—they can change lives off it, one rescued cat at a time.

Wildlife is truly amazing! Just slow down, take a step back and observe their beauty sometimes!

Missing sphinx cat found with bear. When a couple moved towns with their beloved Sphinx cat, they expected him to adjust quickly he was usually affectionate and easygoing. But the change upset him more than they realized. One night, he slipped out.

Frantic, the couple searched both their old property and the new one, convinced he might have tried to return. Instead, they found bear tracks circling the house. Their fear grew: had a bear taken him? The mystery finally unraveled when they were scrolling through Facebook. A viral photo taken by land developers showed a bear with a Sphinx cat nestled against it and to their shock, it was theirs.

Scientists explained the bear had likely lost a cub that year and accepted the cat as a replacement. The hairless Sphinx, who otherwise wouldn’t survive the cold, had clung to the bear’s thick coat for warmth. Experts admitted they had assumed the cat was either killed by a bear or would have frozen without fur, yet here was the unlikely pair, surviving together.

With help from wildlife officials, the couple was reunited with their cat, and the bear was safely relocated. When asked about it later, the couple laughed: “We’re happy to have our cat back, but he doesn’t seem too happy to be separated from his bear.”
