-2024 Update-
As we enter into 2024, we reflect on the wonderful year we have had. Our staff has continued to compete in grooming competitions, winning multiple awards, attend classes and seminars to further their education and maintain a high standard for grooming and the care of your pets.
At this time, we are an exclusive and application based salon. We require all new clients to complete an application prior to being considered for an appointment. All new and current clients must be on a prebooked appointment schedule and maintain regular appointments.
In order to keep all appointments running efficiently and smoothly as possible, we must enforce all policies throughout the year.
Due to the unknown respiratory canine sickness/virus circulating the nation, we ask that if your pet has been boarded, or mingled with other pets outside of your household, you refrain from bringing your pet in for grooming for 14 days after contact. Please contact us to reschedule. As always, any pet displaying signs of sickness or injury, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing etc. will be turned away immediately.
We require 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in FULL PAYMENT of the missed appointment.
If you are running late please call us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be canceled. A no show fee equivalent to the price of the missed appointment(s) will be applied to your account.

All missed appointment fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. Repeat offenders may be asked to pre-pay for any future appointments or dismissed from our services indefinitely. We reserve the right to refuse service based on missed appointments.
Pets are to be dropped off as close to the appointment time as possible and picked up within 30 minutes of the completed groom. For safety reasons we cannot take pets outside for bathroom breaks during their visit. If you require other arrangements for your appointment, please contact us prior to the appointment as same day accommodations may not be possible due to limited space and scheduling.
Any pets left after hours will be charged an after hour pick up fee of $25 PLUS $1 per minute, per pet, after close.
โIf multiple pre-scheduled appointments are canceled with less than a 48 hour notice, we will need to cancel the rest of your pre-booked appointments.
While we do our best to operate as cost effectively as possible without compromising our standards or yours, our service fees will increase beginning January 1, 2024. Some clients with grooming sessions greater than 6 weeks apart, larger breeds and other factors may see a higher increase. Please know that as a result of this increase, we will be able to continue to pay our staff livable wages, continue to lease our premises, afford the purchase and upkeep of equipment and supplies, and afford professional learning opportunities for the amazing Two Mutts and a Poodle Team, without sacrificing quality care for your pets.
We sincerely hope this needed increase doesn't send any of our clients off to seek other salons with lower fees, but understand that our grooming services may not be a luxury service everyone will continue with. We have such a strong bond with your pets and will miss any of you that choose to take your pets elsewhere for their grooming needs.
