Dear Friends of WaG,
The grooming industry is one committed to the health, safety, and wellbeing for all. We are all concerned over COVID-19, however, as a small business, we want to continue to provide services, and our staff needs to provide for their families. Therefore WAG will remain open for now. Our business is (and has always been) a sanitary workplace with protocols in place to help minimize risk. Continuously washing our hands is part of each and every groom, while your dog gets a great bath. We use medical-grade sanitation products, constantly clean our stations, styling tools, spa tubs, counters, door handles, surfaces, etc., and sanitizer is always added to the laundry.

This is a mutual effort between you and our team to maintain a safe environment for our staff, guests, and the community. If you do not have symptoms, please adhere to safe practices including distancing.

We do ask that only one client at a time enter the salon. We are happy to accommodate your individual concerns, including opening the doors for you and meeting you outside with your pets, to avoid touching surfaces.

If you or anyone in your home has symptoms or had exposure to COVID-19, Please call us to reschedule. We will waive the last-minute cancellation charges (less than 48 hour notice), as needed. No-shows may still be charged.

We will keep you posted as things change. Also, we may be short-staffed due to school/daycare closings requiring scheduling changes.

Thank you for your patience. Remember, We are all in this together. Wash your hands, and snuggle with your furry companions.
