Biggie Paws Rescue Biggie Paws Rescue (BPR), is a foster based 501(c)3 non-profit rescue serving WI and IL. All pets are re-homed based on their specific needs and best interest.

Our animals most often come to our attention through rescues in Texas who we have partnered with to help decrease the homeless pet population and reduce the high euthanasia rates in shelters. We believe by educating the public about the importance of adoption and spay and neuter, we are helping reduce that number and hopefully one day we won’t be needed. All pets will have a home and are “adoptab

le” if we find the right family. All animals are taken to our veterinarian partners for a complete examination, worming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering (as breed/age appropriate) and micro-chipped. We provide medical care and a safe, nurturing environment for our animals to enjoy while they await adoption in foster homes. We want our rescued pets to experience love in a real home, getting the love and attention they need while waiting for their new forever families. To ensure these animals are placed into the right loving home, we adhere to a rigorous adoption process. Reference and background checks are performed, adoption interviews are conducted along with virtual home visits. Our overall goal is to ensure the pet is healthy, sterilized, and best match for the potential adopter in an effort to reduce any chance that the pet will be returned. Our organization is 100% funded by donors so that we may provide shelter, medical care, and so much more to the many homeless animals that come our way. We are very thankful for all our fosters, volunteers and donors who contribute their time, money, home and hearts, allowing us to continue our mission of rescuing and rehoming abandoned, neglected and unwanted pets.

Mazakeen is known as a demon 😈 from hell and loyal ally of Lucifer. But Mazy, as we call her, is none of those things. Actually… she’s pretty A-Maze-ing!! 🤩

She came all the way from Texas to be with her foster here in central 📍 Wisconsin. Mazy is approximately 4 years old and weighs around 13 pounds. She is a purebred Shihtzu so her adoption fee is $600. She will be spayed prior to adoption ✂️ is UTD on all age-appropriate shots 💉 and is microchipped. Isn’t all that just FANTASTIC?!

As for making friends, Mazy is TERRIFIC at it! She’s met dogs big and small, cats, and even chickens! 🐓 Although it takes her a little time to warm up, she makes new friends wherever she goes. She especially loves the 8 year-old boy in her foster home, 🩵 so we’d LOVE to see Mazy go home with a child that she picks as her very own.

Mazy walks well on a leash, is housebroken, 🚽 and is crate trained, but she prefers to be roaming free around the house. Her manners and behavior are just STUPENDOUS! 🌟 If you’re someone that’s home all day, she’ll be right beside you wherever you go.

She’s not a very playful girl, but you’ll know it when she’s happy! 😀 Mazy’s curly tail wags and she jumps up to greet you. Once she comes out of her shell, you’ll see she’s one INCREDIBLE doggie!

After a long day of following her favorite person around the house 🏡 (or just chilling on the couch… if that’s your thing), Mazy prefers to sleep 😴 in bed with her favorite person. Even a doggie bed somewhere nearby will do.

🌟 Meet Max (ine) – our Hawkins skater girl turned puppy heartthrob! 🌟

Just like her namesake, Max is bold, smart, and full of curiosity — the kind of pup who’d face the Upside Down without blinking. At just ~12 weeks and about 14 lbs, this Mini Aussie mix is all about playtime, exploring, and showing off how quickly she’s picking up “sit” and “come.” She’s affectionate, loves a good lap nap, and is happiest wrestling with her sister or hanging with her much bigger foster brother.

💉 Max is UTD on age-appropriate shots, microchipped soon, and will need to be spayed when she’s old enough.
💸 Her adoption fee is $500 + a $150 spay deposit.
📍 She’s currently being fostered in Bristol, WI.

Housebreaking? She’s doing great — outside or puppy pads most of the time!
Kid friendly? Oh yes.
Dog friendly? Absolutely (cats not tested yet).
