52 - 12 X 12 and larger stalls with individual turnouts and private tack lockers. Outstanding care, atmosphere, lighting, and ventilation. Hot water wash rack. 180 X 80 indoor arena with great footing, lighting, and s

ound system that is dragged daily. Large outdoor arena and round pen. 2 mile mowed bridle path around the property in addition to the trails. Heated/air conditioned clubroom with lounge area and multiple clean modern bathrooms. Security system and Professional living on site. Hay grown on site, ample bedding, tribute feeds. Boarding starting at $400 pasture and $675 stalls. Open to all breeds and disciplines! No drama, well managed, professional staff, clean and safe environment for you and your horse. Trainers on site and available for lessons and training in western pleasure and western events, English and dressage, western dressage, breaking and training, problem solving, trail riding, and anything you need help with. Outstanding multi discipline lesson program with lesson horses available. Have a horse that you need to sell but don't know where to start? We have a spot opening up for a consignment horse March 1st! We help you evaluate, price them right, get them photo and video ready and take the pics and videos. We market them and answer all the calls, texts, and messages. We meet the buyers, help them ride, meet the vets and everything that goes with selling the horse and keep you completely informed and in the loop assuring you have the final decision in the sale. Looking to start a new adventure? Have any interest in horses but not sure where to start? Showtime is now offering a beginner group lesson every Tuesday from 5:00pm - 6:00pm. The group will focus on learning how to prepare your horse for riding and building confidence in learning how to halter, groom and saddle. With the focus of building confidence for this group is a great stepping stone to our more intermediate to advance lesson groups.

The riding portion of this group will remain at walking, jogging and trotting while keep riding numbers low to give a more one on one experience. Ages 9 and up are welcomed to the group and spots must be reserved a week in advance to secure a spot. Standard Showtime group prices apply and lesson packages are available for purchase. Who’s ready for a Thanksgiving Challenge ?

On November 24th, we’ll organize a small event for our boarders and shareboarders.

It’s gonna be 4 judged classes:
- Granny Walk & Turkey Trot
- Ranch Riding Stuffing
- Obstacle Maze
- In-hand Pumpkin Trail

Our first priority is to HAVE FUN ! So everyone is welcome to join.

There are gonna be prizes 🏆

It starts at 11am and we will have a lunch potluck after, everyone is welcome to bring a little something.
