A family operated farm in the heart of North Central West Virginia. We at Turtle Ridge Farm raise registered Huacaya Alpacas and AKC Anatolian Shepherds.

We at Turtle Ridge Farm raise registered Huacaya Alpacas. Our focus is growing gorgeous fleeces for hand spinners and the clothing/toy industry. We enjoy having livestock that we can easily manage and that are safe for our children to grow with. The Alpacas have not only met our needs, they have become our lifestyle. We breed pedigreed Anatolian Shepherd Dogs to work on our farm as guardians to o

ur Huacaya Alpacas and chickens. Our Anatolian Shepherds protect our livestock from bears, coyotes, bobcats, fox, raccoons, and opossums.
