Wicked hat anyone? 🤩 I’ve found a new joy in crochet and it’s reignited my love of making things. I’ve missed it! I’ve been so focused on other things that over the past year + that I haven’t really allowed myself time to be in a creative space.
But thanks to crochet, I’ve been able to enjoy crafting again! The peace and calm that I get while crocheting is a welcome breath of fresh air.
I’ve even re-opened my Etsy shop. I’ve re-listed some of my favorite felt flower items, and plan on adding some of my new crochet projects. I plan on it being a fun, no pressure way to allow me to wind down from the extra stress I always add upon myself.

Felt Floral Arrangments For Unforgettable Moments

I started letting my creativity out in early 2016. I needed some sort of creative outlet from my stressful corporate job. With encouragement from my loving husband, I started making things. Once I started I didn’t want to stop! I made toys, wall decor, blankets, key chains, and hair accessories. I just wanted to create everything. Eventually I landed on Felt. I loved seeing the beautiful creations people could make.

I slightly became obsessed when I discovered Felt Flowers. Wow, it was a whole new world! Finally I could have the beauty of flowers without the ugly clean up a week later when they died! I started with simple designs, but eventually started challenging myself. Whenever I would see any sort of foliage I would find myself mentally breaking it down and figuring out how to make it. My favorite thing to do is to find a new flower and recreate it in felt. Sometimes I spend hours looking at floral photos on Google, other times I pluck flowers from our neighborhood and examine them up-close while recreating them.

The Wondrous Bloom is my way of sharing with the world. With my shop I truly get to #MakeAllTheFlowers and I LOVE it! I get to share my passion of felt florals with you and help you create an everlasting arrangement that not only will look beautiful in photos when you're looking back on your memories, but will continue to look wondrous sitting on display in your home.
