Have Fun with Your Dogs!!!! As ever learning behavior enthusiasts, Walk A Pup focuses on creating calm, confident, well mannered good canine citizens.

Dogs that walk well on a loose leash, do not rush through doors or across the street, greet others politely, and are comfortable within their environment. While on routine walks, socialization and proper exercise are the key components that keep your dog calm and tired.

🐾 A beginner class for young puppies, providing exposure to other dogs and people, in a controlled and safe Environment. This class covers all the foundation behaviors and exercises needed to start and build on your training relationship. We follow a positive, scientific approach based on reinforcement and long term trust building. With this approach to training, dogs learn quickly, efficiently and most importantly it is fun for both handler and dog! This class will cover several different attention exercises with distractions, sit/down/stand sequences, puppy push-ups, moving with attention, loose leash walking, recalls, target touch, and the beginnings of stay, wait and leave it. ✨ 1 Spot available - contact| [email protected] to enroll

🐾 The next step from our Adult Manners classes, this course with emphasizes the dog’s ability to choose to focus on handler, slow down movement as, work on techniques of leash walking skills and polite, attentive greetings with other dogs and people. We will be building on the skills covered in intermediate classes, by adding extended duration, distance and difficulty in distractions. Strong focus on side positioning, duration and stillness, settle and calming relaxation in variable settings, cue discrimination, and much more!
