We are short on supplies and funds! Any donations greatly appreciated! I am about half a month behind on personal expenses because of Thore’s seizure episodes and vet care this last month, so I don’t have the funds to purchase these things myself like usual so I’m asking for a little help. 🖤

We need:
Puppy Food (Blue Buffalo $38-$42)
Grain Free Dog Food ($35-$45)
Two Vaccines ($24 each)
Two Puppy Flea Treatments ($25)

OREGON!

This is Spud. He'll be a year old in February. Cats are a no. He gets around dogs that are his size. Smaller dogs unknown. His owner is unable to keep him and has reached out to help. Time is running out. We can help unless we have a foster home for him. We cover all the vetting cost and supply you with all the supplies you need. Help us save this guy. He's people friendly.

Lucy is looking for her forever home! She’s 9months old and was taken in with her brother by a kind human. Shes spent most of her life in a kennel and would love a lap to lay on. She does well with other dogs but can he excitable. She lives with a small senior dog that she does well with. Luka is thriving in his new home! He’s got an appointment coming up on 12/26 at west Salem animal clinic. Total $197 for exam, three required vaccines and microchip! If you’d like to contribute to Lukas care I ask that you donate directly to West Salem Animal Clinic!

Let’s welcome Morticia! (Mort) 🐾🖤

She was born April 9th so she’s about 9months old. Lab/GSD. She is great in her kennel, and potty trained. She does fine in the shower, doesn’t like it but she tolerates it, she plays fetch, she knows sit, lay down, leave it, and we’ve been working on stay and off to practice not jumping. She is good with cats and loves my son so I’d say she’s good with children. With a proper introduction she can get paling with most dogs. She’s weary of after an incident that happened with the neighbors and their dog when she was just a few months old.
She definitely pulls on walks and will pull even mLab/GSD. She is great in her kennel, and potty trained. She does fine in the shower, doesn’t like it but she tolerates it, she plays fetch, she knows sit, lay down, leave it, and we’ve been working on stay and off to practice not jumping. She is good with cats and loves my son so I’d say she’s good with children. The only issues I’ve really had with her is her barking at anything and everything she sees when she’s out on her walks and some fear of other dogs. With a proper introduction she can get past that because she hangs out with my friends dogs just fine, it’s just strangers and dogs that she’s weary of after an incident that happened with my neighbors and their dog when she was just a few months old. She does fine on leash with her harness but could use more leash training. She’s a very smart and loyal girl who needs someone who’s got time to show her how to be a good girl! Mort would benefit from an older dog in the home.

Leo is looking for his forever home! He’s four and a half months old (18 weeks) fully vaxxed and potty trained. Ready to go!! Leo has some kennel anxiety but does great in the house when left alone. He currently has free roam of everything but the kitchen and has not chewed or destroyed anything except a fuzzy sock. Which looks like a toy so 🤷🏻‍♀️ he’s a great pup. Leo is very cuddly and loves to sleep snuggling our other dogs. He’s bonded to one of them so for that, we will require that Leo is adopted to a home with at least one other dog.

Leo is doing wonderful with training, he eats in his open kennel and waits for a release command to come out when everyone is finished. He knows Sit, Stay, lay, wait and free for meal times. He’s also wonderful with recall and has had lots of practice off leash. Goes all night wi th no accidents and up to 6 hours in the house so far. He loves training and is very smart! Anyone able to foster this 6 year old beauty? Prey driven, NO CATS. Her humans moved to California and her new home had a change of heart because of their cats. 🥺 she is fully vaxxed and will be spayed! Dogs okay she gets overwhelmed with hyper dogs.

Keep Thore in your thoughts today as we are at the vet again with seizure episodes. He’s stable right now, just gotta wait at this point to make sure he stays stable. Hope to bring him home tonight!

Leo is 13 weeks old, vaxxed, and ready to go! He’s working on potty training and doing well with regular breaks! He makes it through the night as well. Leo is kennel trained with minimal whining. He will cry when you leave the room for about a minute but he’s getting better every day. He knows sit, lay down, he has a release command for his food, and will sit and wait to come out of the kennel as well! He’s a Velcro boy and LOVES to snuggle. German Shepard and pitbull mix!
