Our last pigs are headed to butcher this week!! We have half and whole shares available right now but they will sell quickly. All that is required right now is small deposit and your unique cut sheet. At these prices is cheaper than the store and direct from the farm!

Pigs are $4.50/lb hanging weight. Our pigs usually hang from 225-275lbs to give an idea on price. That also includes butchering and vacuum packed so the meat will last for a very long time. You complete your own cut sheet so everything is cut and packaged to your liking.

Example weights for those who have never done anything like this…..(these weights are all averages and used for example……EVERY animal weighs differently.)
1200 lb live animal will hang at 800 lbs and yield an average of 480 lbs of meat. So what does this mean? Again these are all averages used to educate!!! If your interested in a quarter share that would cost (1/4 of 800 lb hanging weight) 200 x $6.00 = $1200 and will yield around 120lbs of meat.

It’s that time of year again!!!🐔🐔🐔

It’s a strange world right now……but one thing we know is keeping your freezer stocked is one of the most important things. I’ve heard crazy things predicting chicken breast being $25/lb. 😬😳. We work really hard to produce high quality meats the right way. We are processing chickens this weekend……get in now while you can. It will be our only chickens this year and we will sell out quickly!!

These are pasture raised chicken. You will never get fresher meats straight from the farm to your table.

The marbling is what makes the steak taste so good! There really is a difference in local farm raised beef. This is truly farm to table. Stock up for summer time grilling! You will not be disappointed!

***1/4 Beef Share Available***

1/4 share available with a butcher date of 2/14. Only require a small deposit now and then balance is due when you receive your meat which will be 4 weeks from the butcher date. 1/4 share is $5.75/lb hanging weight. This price includes everything……you choose how you want it cut (ex: steak thickness, which cuts, how many per pack, etc), this also includes everything vacuum packed. We deliver the animal to the butcher and pick it up when it is finished. We will coordinate a meeting spot that’s close to everyone when thebtime comes.

Any questions please feel free to ask!! Most of our steers hang around 800lbs. Which means a 1/4 share @ $5.75/lb hanging will cost $1150. This is all averages. Every steer weighs in differently. Your hanging weight is 200lbs on a steer that hangs at 800lbs but you will not get 200lbs of meat. There is some loss when they butcher the animal into cuts. Usually a 1/4 share once it is processed and packaged fits into one large plastic storage bin to give an idea of space.

We have a 1/2 share of beef available going to the butcher Monday 12/13!!! It’s the only one left until February. Get it now before you loose out!! Half beef share $5.25/lb hanging weight.

All you would require now is a small deposit. The rest would be due when you get your meat. It takes about 4-5 weeks to process so it would be ready/money due mid January. The meat is processed by a USDA certified butcher, it is cut and packaged to your specifications for no extra charge. Let me know who is interested or any questions!!

For the shares you will get a date for your beef to arrive to the butcher, only a small deposit is due now. You contact the butcher directly and go over a cut sheet. The beef will be cut and packaged to your specifications for NO extra charges. It takes about 4 weeks from drop off to when we pick it up from the butcher. To give everyone an idea.
Live animal weighing 1200 lbs will hang around 800 lbs. once the meat is cut and processed you will have 480lbs of meat from that animals. These are all estimates and what you get from a WHOLE steer. Any questions please reach out!!

80 years old, Enjoying his coffee while thumbing through the Tractor House magazine at the local gas station on a rainy day. These are the kinda guys that kids these days need to stop and talk to. I've yet to meet one that would turn you away or not want you to sit down with them to give you a story with a life lesson. These are the kinda guys that built this country... Kids, go up to the local small town gas station, Sit down, buy them a cup of coffee and just listen... they will teach you more about life in a 30 min story than any text book could teach you.
