We Get Asked All the Time… “What’s That on Your Treats That Looks Like Chocolate?”

The answer: It’s carob! Carob is a dog-safe, all-natural alternative to chocolate that we love using in our homemade treats. Unlike chocolate, carob doesn’t contain theobromine or caffeine—both toxic to dogs—so it’s perfectly safe for your furry friend to enjoy.

Not only is it safe, but carob is also packed with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants, making it a healthy choice too. We use it to create our “chocolatey” dog donuts, dipped bones, our August Treat of the Month (S'Mores), and other tasty treats that pups go crazy for!
