We love House Of Hounds Rescue and they are needing help! Anyone interested in fostering this girl? A home without cats is an absolute must

Ebony has only been here a few days, but I have learned in those few days that she is not good with cats. And I have a lot of cats. They have resorted to hiding and barley coming out. I haven’t see me a few in days. She gets a bit of a dead stare going at them. I think she’s got some pre-drive.

As much as I really don’t want to move her again for everyone’s safety, it is important to find her a new foster home, or even better a foster to adopt home. Ebony is housebroken, crate trained, great with other dogs, affectionate and very loving. She is one who definitely likes to cuddle and requires loving affection. She sleeps in bed at night and is created during the day, but probably is not required if there’s no cats. Ebony probably should weigh about 65 pounds and she’s working on putting some weight back on after her babies. I need to get her started on her doxycycline and then after 28 days of that she will start her heartworm treatment. So she will need to be kept mellow, no running, jumping or playing. As long as she has someone to cuddle with I don’t think she’ll mind. She really is a phenomenal dog, our only downfall is that she wants to hurt my cats.

If you would be interested in fostering or fostering to adopt Miss Ebony, please let us know. All of her costs will be covered by the rescue until she is adopted. It really breaks my heart to have to move her but I need to for everyone’s safety. Foster needs to be able to travel to Ann Arbor for vet heartworm treatment
