It’s with a heavy heart that we had to say goodbye to our precious Angel. We found her in the middle of the road when she was just a few days old with a dirty face and a hurt leg.
After vet visits and being told she would loose her leg or die, this girl was Thriving! She eventually was able to use that leg with no problem. We bottle fed her in our home for the longest time, the kids absolutely adored her. As she got older, we got her a sister so she wouldn’t be the only goat. I always looked forward to coming home because wherever she was, she would pop her head up and yell for me. She also got in trouble constantly for eating all of the garden veggies, the fruit off the trees, and basically anything in her reach. She would walk right in the house if we didn’t shut the door fast enough. 😂 This girl was goofy and so full of light!
Miss Angel will forever be missed by our family & those who got to know her. ❤️
The boys are at peace knowing she is at least with Uncle Alex now and out of pain.

One of my hens hatched out too many chicks for her to keep track of. (I started seeing some lost chicks) 🐥
So, I’m letting the wandering ones go to new homes.

2 weeks old.

2 old English bantams ($12 total)
7 Easter Eggers ($40 for all)

This mama decided to make her nest on our storage box by the side door. 🙃 She kept plopping eggs on it and after rolling off several times, I put the straw bedding that I normally put in their nesting boxes on it. Of course she loved that and after she laid an egg on it, she never got up.
Then my entire flock decided to all lay their eggs in the nest with her as well.. so now here we are about 20 days of her on this nest.

My husband has been feeding her every single day with fresh fruits and bread. Lol (she’s spoiled)
This time when he gave her strawberry’s two little heads popped out underneath 🐣

Anyways, Happy Memorial Day!😁 🇺🇸

**Update they have all found a new home 🏡
Only 9 Muscovy ducklings left!!!
3 weeks old and getting feathers.
Take all 9 for $70!!!! 🐣🐥

These are large breed ducks that are very docile and do great with free ranging. They will not wonder from home like other ducks.

Hi friends! It’s been a while since I have posted and it’s because Blue J has moved to a new little farm In the Salisbury, NC area! We are finally all settled in and have added lots of new farm animals!
We are planning to possibly have a little produce stand this summer for locals to purchase. Also I believe we will have a decent sized pumpkin patch for the fall! 🎃

For now it’s time for *BABY Chicks* 🐣
I have my incubator loaded and am also selling them by the dozen for those who would like to incubate themselves.

For anyone who has never had chickens and would like some information, Please message me! I would love to help!
