Final week of Summer Camp 🐴

Our 3rd and final week of camp, and the campers dove right into a horse-powered reading adventure. They built the 'reading river' and decoded words along the way, all with a little help from their Fjord friends. 🐴 What better way to make reading fun and interactive than with the gentle guidance of a horse by your side?

Nature Scavenger Hunt and Art Project: After a thrilling game, kids embarked on a nature scavenger hunt. 🍃 They searched for items to use in a creative art project later in the week. This activity encouraged exploration and creativity, setting up for some fantastic projects to come!

Summer Camp Activities @ Lazy J Ranch 🐴

Morning Fun: "Running of the Goats" Today at camp, we kicked things off with the thrilling "Running of the Goats"! 🐐 The kids enjoyed chasing and interacting with our playful goats. Afterward, they learned about chickens and goats, and had the chance to meet adorable baby chicks. The morning was filled with laughter and excitement as campers drew their own versions of these charming animals.

Bobbing for Apples: A Classic Camp Game: Our campers had a blast bobbing for apples! 🍎 With plenty of splashes and smiles, many kids even went in for a second turn. This classic game brought everyone together and set the stage for a fun-filled day.
