Oh yeah!! Check it out!
Check out this fun equipment added to our classes! Thursday morning we are using the Pilates ball. Drop by at White Horse Healing center at 9:30 am to try it out!
Our goal is to provide a full body work out for all levels of fitness, in each class. You can do a lot with just your body weight but the addition of the equipment adds a bit extra!
Pilates is exercise through full range of motion. In each class can expect to work your muscles while stretching them. Clients leave with more energy, feeling the workout and happy to take on the rest of the day!
