Happy Sunday! So thankful I get to hold space for sound journeys and that people come and enjoy themselves! I’m still in awe.
Here’s my setup from today. Sound Journeys with guided meditation provide deep relaxation and time to engage your parasympathetic nervous system.

Setting you up for deep relaxation, greater access to intuition and healing.

Save the date - the Next one will be the First Sunday of the month - April 6th. 9-10:30am (if you’ve been following the date change is only for April due to a double booking and we will go back to Second Sunday’s in May)

Before and After… A little project I’ve been thinking about doing for A While finally completed.
Life gets so busy, and I get sucked into the rat race of to dos but making this wall a priority so I could hang these Lovely pieces of art felt so pleasant!

The Healing Center has been a dream come true, and is still unfolding everyday just like you and I. Some changes in my families life have shifted my long term plans and while I’m grateful it’s so annoying and relatable.

So today I celebrate this wall of creativity brought to color - the White Horse painting by my aunt Betty Speelmon, The Circle by Kelsey Dzinters and the Medicine man by Homer Collins. A gift from my late Uncle Sid and his wife Nancy. ❤️

Opening the healing center felt very much in alignment, and very unsettling for the controlling part of me that likes more of an idea of the outcome. I have learned so much in that year, and am curious to see what the future brings.

This Sunday! Whew, it’s been a year so far.
Come rest and restore at the Healing Center. I have 10 thick yoga mats now! So the first 10 folks to reserve a spot are guaranteed a space and then it’s walk in.

Sound Journeys help calm the mind and create a more comfortable environment within for healing and introspection. I also offer a reiki infused guided meditation and it supports deep meditation leading to greater self awareness.

Oh yeah!! Check it out!

Check out this fun equipment added to our classes! Thursday morning we are using the Pilates ball. Drop by at White Horse Healing center at 9:30 am to try it out!

Our goal is to provide a full body work out for all levels of fitness, in each class. You can do a lot with just your body weight but the addition of the equipment adds a bit extra!
Pilates is exercise through full range of motion. In each class can expect to work your muscles while stretching them. Clients leave with more energy, feeling the workout and happy to take on the rest of the day!

The Circle by I’m thrilled to have been able to add this beautiful art work to the healing center. I hung it today after bottling up some black salt from our last full moon release. So grateful for those who are joining me along this magnificent journey with the healing center.
