Comfort groom for this elderly cutie… nothing fancy just get her short clean and comfortable.

This dog bites when you touch her feet, legs, nails. Well, I would bite too, these nails are grown into the pads, hurts not only the pad but the whole toe and tendon and foot since it’s pushing and pulling and impressing all the time. She was vicious about me doing some of her nails and toes.

The mat in my hand came off her ear. Very dangerous, mats on ears impede blood flow. When you release the mat, blood rushes back into the ear, and can cause a hematoma!

Luckily I was able to get through the groom, mostly just slow, gentle and safe handling although for one foot I had to muzzle her.

I think she came out super cute, and much much more comfortable.

This a modified Schnauzer trim. We call it a Pet Face, we soften all the lines so they still get cute eyebrows and a little beard but it’s less severe than traditional Schnauzer trim. This little girl was an angel to work with. So sweet and calm. Additional picture in the comments.
