Come on down tomorrow morning so your pets can get their photo taken with Santa! The photos are complimentary but we appreciate any human or pet food donations for our holiday food drive. We will have coffee and breakfast treats in addition to all the yummy treats for your furry friends!

We will reach out to the winners this week to set up a time to come fetch your pet's prize. Thank you to all of our participants - we had SO much fun seeing your furry friends get into spooky season with us!

It is time for voting to commence for our annual Halloween costume contest! To cast your vote, please find the individual photo of the pet you think should win and LIKE their photo. You may also SHARE your own pet's photo and ask your friends/family to cast their vote - make sure they like our original posted photo, NOT the post shared to your page. Voting will be open from Friday, November 22nd at 5:30pm through Wednesday, November 27th at 5:30pm.

Note: Three winners will be chosen (1st, 2nd & 3rd) based on the number of likes. Winners will be contacted no later than December 3rd to arrange retrieving prizes.

We will be CLOSED today in observance of Labor Day.

If your pet is in need of immediate medical attention, we recommend finding an urgent care facility (VCA Urgent Sugar House or Urgent Vet in Taylorsville) or visiting an ER for more serious situations (MedVet or Advanced Veterinary Care).

Otherwise, we will respond to emails and voicemails on Wednesday once we're back in the office. We hope everybody has been enjoying the holiday weekend!

It is almost that time of year - many dogs (and cats!) don't enjoy our festive celebrations, fireworks are downright SCARY.

Please be sure your pets are all kept inside and wearing identification as animal shelters throughout the country always see record high numbers of stray dogs being found after Independence day. Microchips are your best choice for permanent identification as many pets can slip out of fences, collars or backyards when they are scared.

If your pet is fearful of loud noises, create a safe place with some ambient noise and contact us to discuss options for short term anxiety medications to help keep them at ease during the festivities!

Please remember to avoid the heat for your pets as summer heats up, especially our squishy-faced friends. Heatstroke is very serious and life-threatening. Its best to avoid exercising in the heat before 9am or after 8pm

FYI!!!! Comcast is working on our internet today, so we have spotty phone service. We are open 8-6 (closed 1-2 for lunch) today, but are limited on what we can do without internet. It should be completed by the end of the day.
