Mobile Dog/Cat Nail Trimming

Our next vaccination clinic is Sunday January 7th from 10 am - 2 pm at Pups Cups Coffee.  Inside Coffee & Treasures;  7136 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84084. This is a walk in clinic, no appointment needed!     

 Rabies - $30 One year or three year        
*Must show proof of previous rabies vaccine to receive 3 year rabies vaccine*    

 DAPP - $25 Protects against distemper, parainfluenza, and parvovirus          

 Bordetella - $25 Protects against kennel cough, which is easily spread from one dog to another and is highly contagious.          

Dog Bundle - $70 Includes Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella          

Lepto - $35 Protects against leptospirosis.          

 Lyme - $35 Protects against Lyme disease transmitted by ticks.              

 Influenza (H3N2 and H3N8) - $45 Protects against both strains of canine influenza.        

 FVRCPC  - $25 Protects against rhinotracheitis, calici, and panleukopenia.          

 FeLV - $35 Prevent viral shedding and progressive infection and decrease the opportunity for at-risk cats to become infected or seriously ill from feline leukemia virus.          

Cat Bundle - $80 Includes Rabies, FVRCPC, & FeLV          

Microchips - $25 A form of permanent identification to ensure that veterinarians and animal shelters can receive the contact information they need to reunite you with your pet.     

 Microchip with Smart Tag - $35        

 Dewormer - $10 Treats intestinal hookworms, roundworms, and stomach worm parasites.     

 Nail Trims - $25

Meet Lucky this adorable, differently abled little guy is ready to love his furever family.

Lucky came to us from a shelter in southern Utah where he was picked up as a stray and never claimed.

His past is a mystery, so we don’t have any idea on his age. We, and the vets estimate about 7-8 years old. We initially thought he was a senior as he had no teeth. Upon his exam, the vets realized he had, at some point, had a very extensive dental and lost all of his teeth. He had retained sutures that had healed into his gums, and we have no idea how long it had been since his dental or why he lost all of his teeth. The vet closed up some nasal fistulas that he had from the removal of his canines, and it was clear once he started healing up, that his poor mouth had been hurting him for some time. We saw a new side of Lucky as he felt better!

Lucky had also been dealing with some severe ear infections that had been untreated for so long that he developed cauliflower ear in one ear. His ear infections are all cleared up now but his forever family must be vigilant in checking his ears and using a drying agent after baths so his ears stay healthy! Because of the ear infections we feel Lucky is mostly deaf. He can hear some but we’re not sure how much. His foster family has been using a remote training collar which will come with him to his furever home, and we will instruct you on how to use it.

We have no idea on his breed but he definitely has silky terrier type hair, possibly some poodle in there too?

Lucky is house trained, crate trained and a happy, loving little guy who loves to be in his foster mom’s lap whenever possible. He is a small guy at just 14 lbs.

Lucky will need regular grooming, he does have a low shedding coat, and will need to be brushed regularly and groomed every 6-8 weeks so he doesn’t get matted. He was shaved to the skin when he was at the shelter, he was so badly matted.

Lucky would love another playful dog in his forever home. He loves his foster sisters, who are two standard poodles. He loves to play, but also loves to cuddle up with them too! He has a good amount of energy and loves to go on walks. He is very intelligent and a quick leaner!

Lucky does need a very secure, fenced yard. He will try to escape, so he cannot go to a home with no fence and would not be a good candidate for a condo/townhome, as he does enjoy spending time outside. He currently uses a doggie door and will go out to hang out outside.

We do not know how Lucky is with kids so we would say only homes with older kids, and an adult only home would be preferred. Since he is deaf we feel small kids might be hard for him.

Lucky has had a rough life recently but thanks to Carbon County Utah Animal Shelter who reached out to us for help with him, he has a bright future ahead of him!

The hardest part of our job is getting the call that one of our dear sweet friends has passed away. Many of them we have seen for years and years, they all are like family to us.🥹

As 2023 comes to a close, we would like to take this day to remember all of our fur-friends who have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge this past year. 🌈🥲 Although they are physically not here with us, they will always be with us in our hearts.
