THANK YOU for an incredible GivingTuesday!

We want to give a huge shoutout to everyone who joined us last night at Big Wi***es and to all who donated to our CATS VS DOGS GivingTuesday showdown. Thanks to your generosity, we raised an amazing $17,545 for our Injured Animal Fund!

Dogs took the lead with $9,046, while cats were close behind at $8,499. Together, we’ve made a huge impact for homeless pets in need of life-saving care.

Special thanks to Big Wi***es for hosting such a fun and heartwarming night, and to everyone who contributed online or in person. You are the reason these animals have a second chance at life! ❤️

Steve Benefited from Salt Lake County Animal Services' Injured Animal Fund! 💓

Meet Steve! This resilient 2-month-old kitten came into our shelter on July 31, 2024, after possibly being hit by a car. Upon arrival, we discovered Steve was suffering from a distal femoral fracture.

Thanks to our Injured Animal Fund, Steve underwent surgery on August 8, 2024, performed by Dr. Sarah Sykes, totaling $1,500. After a week of recovery, Steve was sent to foster care on August 15, 2024, where he continued to heal. By September 20, 2024, he had found his forever home!

This GivingTuesday, help us reach our goal of $15,000 so we can continue providing life-changing medical care to animals like Steve. Every dollar helps save lives and provide second chances. Donations will be collected until midnight tonight!
