There is a snow and ice storm coming tonight ! We have a generator at the kennel so our furry guests will stay warm and cozy. 🐾❄️🐕☃️🌨🐶💕
Please remember to use pet safe ice melt on your driveways and walkways. Salt burns animals paws and can damage some surfaces. Also, some natural concoctions are made with vinegar and may kill plants and bulbs in the ground. Be mindful and careful when preparing for storms. Tractor supply in Saluda VA had ice melt for a very decent price. If you can't afford it try cheap kitty litter for traction. It won't melt ice but can help prevent falls. Be safe and enjoy the beauty of the first snow. 🐾❄️🐶🌨🐕☃️💕

We will be closed to the public on Wednesday, December 25th, Christmas day !
We will be closing at 5:30 pm
on Tuesday, December 24th, Christmas Eve. If you are dropping your dog off after 4 pm on Christmas Eve please have them fed for the evening if possible, have their paperwork and food supply ready so we can allow our employees to get home to their families on time. We will be at full capacity for Christmas. If your plans have changed please let us know as soon as possible. We have several on our waiting list.
Over the next couple of days there will be alot of traffic coming and going on our property. Please patiently wait outside or in your car, if someone else is checking their dog in.
All dogs must be leashed on our property with no exceptions !!!
If you don't have a leash we will be happy to lend you one to bring your dog inside or walk them around the property. If you decide to walk your dog around please keep them away from the Christmas decorations so they don't p*e on them. The area on the side of the kennel and behind the house is perfect for walking your dog but please pick up after them and be mindful of our chickens.
This is our busiest time of year and we are working hard to accommodate everyone. Our staff are doing the best that they can to make each dog feel comfortable and content during their stay. Please remember to have your dog's items property labeled. Medicine and correct dosages will be written on their med sheets at check in
Please bring enough food for their stay, separated in zip lock baggies for each meal. If you can't do this we will do it but it makes things easier if you can. We need clear feeding instructions as well with the proper name of your dog's food. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us by message, email, text, or phone call.

We want to thank all of our customers for entrusting us with your fur babies this Thanksgiving!
We have many check in's today. Please be patient with our kennel attendants as they work to get each dog checked in. We want to give everyone the same amount of attention and care. Please wait in your car or outside with your dog on their leash, if someone is in our office. You are welcome to walk your leashed dog around our property while you wait but please pick up your dog's waste. There are baggies at the potty station to the left of the parking area.
We understand that everyone is in a hurry but it may take a few minutes to properly check each dog in.
As always we must have your dog's shot records before they can enter our building. You are welcome to text or email the records. Please lable each of your dogs belongings. Do not bring valuable items. We are not responsible for any lost or destroyed items. We will bag your dogs meals but if you are able to do this a head of time, it would be greatly appreciated. Anytime saved is time we will have to spend playing with the dogs. Remember we are closed to the public tomorrow and our gate will remain locked. Thank you once again. Last weekend, I had the honor of meeting this beautiful boy. His name is Drako, and despite what your eyes may see, he believes he is a tiny lap dog. We love him. 💕🐕
