‼️‼️‼️‼️The Magoffin County Animal Shelter is currently at full capacity for dogs and cats ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Unfortunately, we cannot take any more dogs or cats in at this time. If there is a stray that needs picked up, please call the Magoffin County Judge/Executive's office at 349-2313 to be put on the list. As soon as we are able to adopt, foster, or find rescue we will be able to pick up strays as space becomes available. Thank you for understanding!

I have received notification from the KY Department of Transportation regarding the temporary closure of 3334 Old Lick Creek Rd. off of 2019. Specifically, the closure will take place at the bridge near the 1.1-mile mark, right after N Brushy Fk CR1061. The state has expressed certain concerns pertaining to the bridge in question, and they will soon issue an official statement to address this matter.

Looking for a forever home. She is a 2 year old Australian Shepherd, and Great Pyrenees mix. She has been fixed. Very friendly and good with kids.

Our dog got out yesterday evening in royalton were hoping someone may have picked her up or saw her. Her name is daisy she's the small white dog, she's elderly and has a hard time seeing and can't hear. If anyone has seen her please contact me or Julie Vaughn. Thank you!
