📢 Important Update About Prescription Requests 🐾

To streamline our process and better protect your pet’s safety, we are no longer accepting prescription requests from third-party pharmacies such as Chewy, Amazon, Costco, or similar vendors.

If you’d like to use an outside pharmacy, we’re happy to provide a written prescription that you can pick up and take wherever you choose.

Third-party requests often cause delays, communication errors, and safety concerns due to incomplete or incorrect information sent to us. By managing prescriptions directly or through our trusted online pharmacy, we can:

To help us serve you and your pets efficiently, we kindly ask that all prescription refill requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

You can call ahead to request your refill — once it’s ready, you’ll receive a notification letting you know it’s available for pickup.

If you stop by without calling first, please be aware there may be a long wait time, depending on what’s happening in the clinic and the type of medication being filled.

Plus, a $25 fee will apply for no-shows or same-day cancellations — but don’t worry, it can go toward rescheduling within 24 hours!
