Just for some clarification! I will be letting everyone know my 2025 plans as soon as I have everything settled(mice I want sold, kept, culled)! I don’t breed for quantity I breed for quality so I will have limited availability. I refuse to sell mice that are sick or not tame, so for some I may be holding until 12 weeks. I will also have some new genes/lines added to my group. Sable, extreme black, and red Merle! The people who have messaged me first will get first pick on what they are interested in and after that I will post on my page! Thank you guys for following my litters! There will only be three more litters this year or at least until everything is settled. A mini video of my agouti Merle moms litter. All of these babies will roan/merle out and I have tans and satins I’m super happy about my results from these guys and they are the chubbiest little beans!
Looks like I somehow produced a satin texel argente possible Abyssinian! It’s a pretty copper color and I love how it looks with the curls! If anyone has an argente varieties please share! I love seeing all the pretty babies! Also curious if anyone has photos of texel Abyssinian in general?
Forgot to mention I may have a yellow tricolor doe! Or she is just a yellow splash with no soot, it’s hard to tell since she is so young! Regardless a for sure pairing with my Granite boy! Came from two silver splash parents but recessive yellow is in the line!
Ugh you guys this makes me so happy. This is what my main goals are. I could care less how pretty the mice are as long as I can achieve great pet qualities in my lines. It’s JUST as important as health to me. All the visual factors come last when I’m picking keepers. That’s why I’m so strict on who is allowed to go out to adopters! I want everyone to have the sweetest babies from me! I’m so grateful to the mother of this litter for passing on her sweetness! When we breed more and more sweet mice the less the chances are that mice will be rehomed, culled, or pts! I also want breeders to have the absolute smoothest time possible handling both young/old/nursing/intact mice! I love these little gremlins SO much good and bad! I just want more people to be able to appreciate them and that’s why it’s so important to me that I have and sell healthy AND happy mice!
I’m needing some help with this lady I thought was gonna be a PEW but ended up with some interesting color. Both parents are texels and both parents are forms of brindle. I’ll post the parents in the comments below!
Well you guys I have unfortunate news, but this is why I’m not currently open and I’m taking the responsibility to get my lines straight or at least as good as I possibly can. I just had to cull an entire litter for temperament issues. I was in a lot of shock since I was expecting to get photos today. However unfortunately these mice had some pretty severe temperament issues and as a responsible breeder I will not be passing on those genes. Moms past litters were great just unfortunately did not have good luck with this one. She is also one of my most confident does and a great mother. We win some and lose some.
I just had to share this incredibly adorable video of my Merle litter! This mom prefers to have her litter out in the middle for some reason so I always get a good look of her beans!
If this sweetheart keeps up this amazing temperament then she is most likely a keeper! I’m loving her calm and cuddly personality!
