After we closed at the last market our best customer came buy.... (pun intended)
I told her "we're closed Willow, we are going home" She didn't believe me and I had to open back up and show her... She was sad. She likes to hang out at our store, and leads customers to her favorite shop. It's a good business model for her. We did not train her to do this.
