We have been watching baby Vance since we saw him pop up at San Antonio ACS. Turns out he and his parents were confiscated as a cruelty investigation ensued. Within 15 days, the allegations of neglect and cruelty were substantiated and we were able to step in - we wanted baby Vance but we do not leave famlies behind unless there’s aggression - all had good notes with ppl and other dogs and mom & dad are sweet as can be. Vance is a bit freaked right now, but he’ll come around soon. Please inbox us if you’d like to meet them to foster or adopt …

🐶💕 Meet Ilia, our quirky beauty who can morph into a bunny with those ears, a sleek seal up front, and from behind? Total hippo vibes with a rump roast and turkey legs straight out of Oktoberfest! 🐰🦭🦛 But looks aside, this sweet bully mix has been through the wringer and isn't ready for her forever home just yet.

Rescued after a traumatic catch-pole ordeal at ACS that left her with broken teeth, a pierced lip, and tongue injuries, Ilia's still decompressing from fear and mistrust. She fought hard in terror, and it took days for her to let us pet her – progress is daily, but "stranger danger" is real. She's scared of new people, kids, and we're observing her with animals (seems more afraid than anything).

No rush here; her blossoming happens on her timeline for everyone's safety. Fault lies with her previous family – she's just confused and fearful. We're transparent: Ilia's NOT adoptable now.

Experienced bully owners: Submit a "foster to adopt" app today! We'll review next week once she's safer. Local only – out-of-state isn't feasible. Patience, please – updates coming as she heals. 🏡❤️

We were beyond touched when Lorraine & Wayne Kostroun announced they were spending their 25th Years Anniversary celebrating doggie style with the Jordan's Way crew and 80 other rescues at the Jordan's Way Bowl in Wichita Falls!! Last event in April, Lori yelled "old gals gone wild" lol. We have a fun crew
