Batman is loving his “freeze-cation” away from boarding. This boy is quirky and fun-loving; he walks well on a leash and is potty trained. He loves to talk to you, and his toothy smile, a result of his cleft palate, is enhanced by his exaggerated underbite; neither trait affects his ability to eat. We don’t know Batman’s background, but he often cowers and hovers near the ground as if in trouble when we first see him in the morning. He likes to walk right at your hip and will look up as he vocally tells you “I love you” - he seeks approval and wants to be touching you by leaning in and on you while you stand and converse with people nearby.
German Sheperds and Malinois should be fostered/adopted to ppl with experience who understand the nature of these awesome dogs - they require exercise, they are mouthy, and energetic. They like to lean on you and can easily knock a toddler over so we require experienced GS ppl with older children.
Our doggie version of the African Queen Katherine Hepburn. We love our red headed green eyed beauty - long story short she had been hit by a car - on my last visit, bc she was always laying down, I said “you gotta show me something - thst you want this”. She stood up and walked over to me and I took that as an instruction to help her.
She was at ACS a month and she applies pressure on all fours, runs and plays with dogs smaller (18 lbs) to 70 lbs just fine. She has not had any accidents in the crate or home. Coco herself weighs about 30-35 lbs - she is small and close to 12 months old. She loves to snuggle and wants to please you - she dues jump up but she dues keep it to a minimum and she takes redirection from ppl and dogs well.
We have been communicating w/ Dr Hansen (he’s amazing) about Coco and Raiku (we have an update on him potentially next week bc his story is still unfolding). Dr Hansen’s office wants to see new X-rays on Coco so we were at CRAH when I learned I was a week early so she got a nice long outing out of my mistake
See her ambulating on all 4s

Maria was surrendered to Sam Antonio ACS along with a small dog. The small dog was immediately saved by rescue or adopted and Maria was sent to the euthanasia room bc no one picked her up.....well we picked her so she is alive and well. Maria walks AMAZING on the leash and is completely potty trained, spay and UTD on vaccines. The only thing missing is you - her human
