Date Change Notice!!!

Due to the cold and rainy day predicted for Saturday we have decided to move the event date to December 14, 2024! We do have a few vendor spots open for food and craft items so please email us at [email protected] if you are interested in joining in on the event!

We love days of service with The Mission Continues ontinues - San Antonio Platoon! Who knew working on farm projects could be so much fun? Thank you to all of the CPS Energy & USAA volunteers and Veterans for your dedication to our mission to grow healthy food access in San Antonio! Much gratitude goes to Michael and his TMC team for organizing the donations and volunteers for the projects completed that day - we can't wait to wash our greens on the new veggie washing station!

We are still having our last farm stand of the year at Garcia Street Farm Tonight! Farm tour at 5:15pm, plant propagation workshop at 6pm-7pm. We have a few flower bouquets left, squash, zucchini, end of the season basil, lovely sage for those holiday dinners, kale and chard. Bring a jacket since it will be chilly! See you at Garcia Street!

Flowers are still available Eco Centro! 1802 N. Main Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78212

The flower fields are just about empty so we are staying open late for sale today, Thursday Oct 31 until 7pm! We will have flowers until they are sold out!

Flower selection is marigolds, zinnias, Lions paw and assorted fillers. All grown by the Eco Centro team at Garcia Street Urban Farm!

Due to Alamo Colleges Employee Development Day, we are closed on Friday, October 25, 2024 all day so marigold sales will be held off until next week.

Marigolds are ready! We will have them for sale starting Monday, October 28, 2024 at NOON (12pm).

Location of sale is Eco Centro 1802 N. Main Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78212.

Tentative schedule for Thursday evening's farm stand! Farm tours on the 15's and an Beneficial insect workshop at 7pm. We will have vendors with veggies, flowers (marigolds and zinnias), plants, poultry and pickles and speakers for sale. Oh my! See you at 218 Garcia Street!
