We apologize for the delay in scheduling the meeting. Our normal location the Johnson Library is booked until March it was difficult finding a new location.

I wanted to let the community know that I will stepping down from the Association Board after the new year.

It has been my pleasure to serve the community for the last five years but the time has come for me to move aside and let others serve.

Hello Neighbors,

I just wanted to give a friendly reminder that Halloween is coming this week. The neighborhood gets really crazy and busy with all of the additional cars. Official hours are Tuesday, October 31 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

A few things to rememeber
-park your vehicle in the direction of travel.
-turn porch lights on only if you are giving out treats
-turn porch lights out when done giving out treats

With the community going dark after all the treats are given out it will give opportunity for thieves to walk the neighborhood. Please be on the look out and best wishes to all.

We had another vehicle break in last night in the neighborhood.

here are a few reminders
-remove all personal items from vehicle
-leave porch lights on at night
-watch out and report suspicious activity to the police
-keep an eye on your neighbors home

Ms. Monique Vogt-Mascorro and her neighbor will be collecting items again tonight for donation to hurricane relief. They will be set up at the subdivision entrance at Mcgowen Field and Deigo garcia.

Howdy Neighbors,

With the recent storms there has been some damage in the neighborhood. We know about the retaining wall collapse at the end of Liberty Village. We are working with Blue Skies to get it repaired.

I would appreciate a second set of eyes in the neighborhood. If you all notice any damage or anything else that needs to be addressed please hit the call button and contact Mr. Stan Moore at Spectrum. He is our community manager.

Please be on the look for a lost child.

He's a 7 year old black boy with braids. He's name is Keith. He is autistic.

Increased HOA fees,

Dear Neighbors,

As some of you have noticed, it was necessary to raise our assessment dues. We want to assure you all that this was done with the best interest of the community in mind.

We have been in the process of replacing the perimeter fencing around our community, and have had to halt the progress due to constraints on funding. There are many expenses that our community has that are overlooked (landscaping, water, etc.). We send this email to ensure that all homeowners are informed of the increase as well as the purpose. The assessment increase was only for $10 per quarter and will help sustain and improve our community.

We thank you for your understanding during this process, and hope to see you all at the next Board of Directors' meeting.
