I’d also like to share our dear friends non profit in Colorado. The Founder: sergeant first class and explosives Ordnance Technichima with the US Army Michael Hawes, built this ranch to help Veterans and Emergency Personnel decompress from the associated stress and depression our dear Veteran’s and Emergnecy responders face everyday. Resurrection Ranches MISSION is to fight to stop suicides, and to improve the quality of life for Veterans and First Responders by providing purpose, motivation and direction. Resurrect the Warrior!

She’s HERE!!!! Look how beautiful she is!!
I had to honestly pull a fast one on you guys, and stall to get our birthweight answers done, and before Cori made her announcement, because she actually decided to make her entrance EARLY!! Ms Genevieve arrived September 29 at 2:57 am ready to party! She weighed 7 pounds 13 oz and was 20.5 inches long. Cori is back at home and doing wonderful as she and Her husband Chad navigate and get acclimated to the joys and sleeplessness of parenthood! Congratulations to our sweet client who has won a $50 gift certificate which I’m sure will go to her big sweet Ol Golden Retreiver Winnie. Thankyou for participating in our fun and welcoming baby Genevieve! ❤️

It’s been a crazy couple months as we have been busy making some outstanding improvements! We’ve welcomed a couple new groomers who I know will steal you and your doggies heart, and we are currently switching all of our files over to a computer program to help us with organization.
PLEASE WELCOME “Sev.” ! Short for Severine, she joined us at the end of Summer to help with our weekend overloads . Her cheerful, always happy disposition is so welcoming and a great addition to all of our happy tribe. Sev travels to us from Costa Mesa and has quite a few years of grooming under her belt, and does the most adorable Doodle and curly haired breed haircuts. Her Profile trims are in the classic Bow Wow Style and she has great availability! She is engaged to a High School Football Coach in the Temecula area and we’re excited to have her.
I had a long list of potential employees and she fit into our teams dynamics perfectly and I hope you love her as much as we do!
We are forever grateful, to everyone that trusts me to find your grooming person over the years. I can’t say that being a small business owner in one of the most expensive states to live and run a business in has ever been easy. We’ve lost some of our most wonderful, and talented employees to states and far off counties that are just more affordable in the long term, and who can blame them? Danielle is absolutely in love with Texas, Kenzie started her own Mobile grooming catering to the Palm Springs area, and Kyle is doing real estate, has married and welcomed a baby. Brandon has also married, welcomed a baby and continues to do Mobile grooming in South Carolina, Devanna is in North LA doing print work and commercials (you can spy her recently in a Taco Bell commercial) Danielle P. (Our second Danielle) moved to Lake Elsinore and became a stay at home mom after her Maternity leave, and our beloved Elke is Recently engaged and loving an office job in North Carolina. We have welcomed and said goodbye to some absolutely amazing groomers over the years and I hope you are able to continue to build that bond with Sev who knows we have the greatest family of clients we could ever ask for! We appreciate your love and continued support as always!

Our wonderful Cori is officially on maternity leave, and as we prepare for the arrival of her Beautiful baby girl Genevieve, it’s that time again, for the time honored Bow Wow Beautiful Baby tradition of: Guess the babies weight! The RULES are: You can guess any weight: LBS or LBS and OZ. You CAN NOT DUPLICATE any other persons guess on this thread or the face book thread, first guess first serve. I will reply for you to guess again, if you do duplicate another persons answer. Winner receives a $50 grooming gift certificate, to do what you choose! Don’t have a dog still? Donate it to one of the many awesome local rescues in our area! So what’s it gonna be? How much is Coris adorable bundle of joy gonna weigh?! And for anyone in current shock and devastation that they missed Cori before she left, Vanessa, Heidi, and Caleb are cheerfully grooming Coris clients until she returns. We got you! Another addition to the Bow Wow Family is coming soon, and it was a beautiful weekend to Celebrate Cori and husband Chads baby girl due later this month! It’s been so sweet to get to experience all of the exciting firsts for this new mama-to-be! First hiccups, kicks, and somersaults (or so it feels like!) we’re so excited to meet Baby Genevieve!

My name is Heidi, and I AM NOT the FASTEST groomer. In fact, i blatantly CHOOSE NOT TO BE the fastest groomer.
I am however, a THOROUGH groomer. My almost 30 years of grooming experience which include being a corporate grooming instructor , a top selling corporate grooming manager, a wildlife advocate and rehabber,
A small business employee, an award winning entrepeneuer and an award winning show groomer have taught me one thing… Quality counts and that doesnt always happen quickly.
You can not create a loving bond with a frightened or shy animal by doing them as fast as humanly possible. You can not thoroughly check for health conditions with a 1 hour haircut to appease an owners schedule. Have you ever been rushed in and out of a spa service or sit down dinner? How did it make YOU feel? Was it relaxing, did you feel nurtured and were all of your needs met? Probably NOT.
I made a choice a long time ago from a cushy corporate job (in which i was iterally not qualified to be promoted to at the beginning🤣) that sales and time quotas do not go hand in hand with quality pet care, but love and compassion DO.
Over the years I have saved countless animals, discovering tumors, infections, fox tails, behavior issues associated with underlying health issues. I have saved dogs from amputations: noticing small details that other groomers and even owners didn’t notice between visits. I am an empath, and my connection with your pet is very important to me, as well as your pet.
For years I have taken on dogs that other groomers wouldn’t touch, referred by veterinarians, other grooming shops, Behaviorists and Rescue groups. For many pet owners I am your pets last hope. If you’re just meeting me, I can be honestly intimidating. I will not sugar coat your pets visit, I believe honesty is the best policy, and I don’t need to lie to desperately hold onto a client for a few bucks.
I have built my reputation on the foundation of loving and caring for so many people and pets throughout the years. I will respectfully always tell you the truth whether you like it or not, and I will teach my team members to do the same. We are ethical groomers.
Thankyou for choosing me, and choosing us as your groomers, I will continue to pass these traits to the groomers I choose to work within the walls of the sanctuary of our beloved pet spa, I hope you always choose love and compassion too❤️
