When purchasing parrots from our parrot farm, we ensure that there are no symptoms of disease or parasites during the sale and that our birds are perfectly healthy. When a customer buys a bird(s) from us, our customers receive 48 hours upon collection or delivery to receive a health guarantee on birds that are weaned. The customer has 48 hours to take the bird to the poultry vet of his choice. If a poultry veterinarian determines that the bird is not healthy for sale, we must provide paper at the parrot farm within 24 hours from the date of examination for replacement or full refund of the bird(s) is up to the parrot farm.
If the client does not take birds to the poultry vet within 48 hours there is no guarantee and there will be no refunds/exchanges on birds.
