We provide annual exams, wellness and diagnostic testing, surgeries, hospitalizations for sick patients, boarding and grooming. We also offer flea and tick medications. We also carry prescription foods and healthy advantage diets. We offer same day appointments and are equipped to deal with emergencies during our office hours. We have a DVM on call for after emergencies to assess the situation. W

e also have a housecall service. Modern veterinary medicine meets old fashioned love in our hospital.

When the weather warms up, cats need extra help staying cool!

🚰 Fresh water - Replenish daily and add ice cubes to help it stay cool! You can even freeze entire bowls of water and let them melt outside.

⛱️ Shady spots - This can be as simple as setting up an umbrella or planting a bush!

🐟Wet food - Wet food helps cats stay hydrated when they’re not getting enough water. Just don’t leave it sitting out!

🧊Frozen bottles - Fill up a 1 or 2 liter bottle with water, freeze it, and then put it outside for overheated kitties to lie next to.

👅Frozen tube treats! Put them in the freezer for a feline-friendly popsicle.

We’re excited to share some big news — Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital is moving to a new location!
Starting Monday, June 23rd at 8:00 AM, we will begin seeing patients at our new facility located at 16495 Bernardo Center Drive, Rancho Bernardo, CA — just across the street from McDonald’s and very close to our current location.

Our last day at our existing location will be Saturday, June 21st, so please plan accordingly for any appointments or medication pick-ups.

This move allows us to better serve you and your pets in an upgraded space while staying in the same neighborhood you know and love.
